Honeycomb Realty Trifold Brochure

For this project, I created a trifold brochure for a fictional real estate company with a few simple instructions for their creative brief: I had to use the company color, blue, and I had to generate a sense of luxury while keeping in mind that their clients were looking for affordable rental apartments.

I opted for a balance between fun and class, aiming for a sense of approachable luxury by pairing the company color blue with a vibrant yellow to pull in the name of their brand. I also used a honeycomb shape that is repeated throughout the brochure.
